Once our team verifies your identity and confirms you are 21 years of age or older, your bimgoplus account will be fully activated and ready to use.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at bimgoplus. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. bimgoplus enforces this through mandatory age verification during registration. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

No. Each player is allowed only one bimgoplus account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the bimgoplus login page.

Go to the bimgoplus Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we will send you a password reset link. Check your inbox — and your spam folder just in case. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team at [email protected].

After registering, log in to your bimgoplus account and navigate to the Verification section. Upload a clear photo of your valid Philippine government ID (front and back) and a selfie holding the ID. Our KYC team typically reviews submissions within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your bimgoplus account is verified. Verified accounts have access to full deposit, withdrawal, and bonus features.

  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
All withdrawals require a verified bimgoplus account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM PST.

bimgoplus does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
